WEB-BASED EMAIL
Web-based email services enable you to access your email via your web browser. You log into your email account via the Web to send and retrieve email.  You can access your email from any internet enabled computer. 


POP3 MAIL
POP mail services store your email on our server. You can connect to the server at any time and download your mail into your favorite email software package such as Outlook Express, Eudora, etc. Generally, with POP3 mail, you download all new messages in one operation onto your local computer.


MAIL FORWARDING
Mail forwarding services automatically redirect all email sent to your email address to another email address that you specify.  This service benefits those that need alternate email addresses for various services, contacts or products, but want all of that mail to be deposited in a single email account.  Additionally, if you have an established email account that you wish to retain, while also using alternate email addresses, then this service allows you to do that.

PRICING
We charge $5.00 per month, in advance, for each email account.  We charge a $25 setup fee for the first 10 email accounts.  There is a $99.00 setup fee for setting up a domain if you want to use your domain email address.  For accounts with more than 10 email accounts the setup fee increases by $2.50 for each email account.  All charges are in paid in advance.

COMMERCIAL EMAIL
We have a strict policy against un-solicited commercial email, also known as spam.  Accounts that receive  3 or more complaints regarding un-solicited email, un-solicited pornographic email, or email which could result in Our email service being banned or stopped from service,  will be prevented from sending email until the account holder can show that the complaint is unfounded and that steps are taken to remove the complainants from email lists.  

SERVICE OUTAGES
Occasionally an email server(s) will be taken out of service for repair, maintenance or upgrades.  These outages will be minimized, and planned when possible.  Attempts will be made to notify users, but occasionally, the outage will be un-planned.
